How I Became TTCN Programming Administrator: A Career as a Working/Employing Worker Despite growing distrust of TTCN programming because of what all of Minneapolis wanted, it eventually came to me that I needed a more flexible contract that could cater for a unique schedule of programming and where I could work out my schedule more easily. Therefore, I wanted to find a way to keep the TTCN contract while preserving a proven track record of working with talented programmers in various programming languages and devices that I trust. In order to do this, I worked through several programming competitions to test the platform’s ability to run on every iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, etc from any known developer. In addition, I began a video series highlighting the design weaknesses of each platform that could be exploited by developers. As a result, one contest awarded $22,000 to the Canadian Open Developer of the Year, Jeff Allen, winner of the 2012-2013 ‘Telegram-Off-the-Shelf’ contest.

So, to stay in contention for top positions, I requested to be published on Craigslist! I was fortunate enough to have a position at the Metroplex in Toronto at the same time! In addition to the job I began with, I was chosen by a team of community leaders and co-workers from three institutions that represent the entire Toronto Metroplex community — the City of Toronto, moved here city of Toronto Transit Authority, and the TTC Network — and had several opportunities to present themselves at the city council public meetings. Throughout my career, I have been involved in the development and implementation of these events and work in various ways that bring local creative leaders into my community. For the better or for the worse, I continue to become one of your most knowledgeable, knowledgeable, and most knowledgeable commentators on the subject. Thank you for your support.
